i found the hotel to be very well-located, providing easy access to the metro, bus, and tram lines! the staff was consistently kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries i had. i was able to find free parking in front of the hotel, a significant convenience. the location near a tram station made accessing attractions in bayezit, sirkeci, eminönü, and sultanahmet very simple.
The room lighting could be improved, as i found it a bit dim. the external noise from other rooms and the street was noticeable.

the location was good, quite close to the tram. the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was clean, and everything function smoothly.
during my stay, i noted the breakfast selection seemed somewhat limited and could benefit from more variety.

The hotel is very close to public transportation. I found the tram to be only two minutes away. The staff were always helpful. I appreciated the quick responses from them (even on a hot day). All the people at reception.
The internet connection could sometimes be unreliable.

The room was clean. This was a great relief. The hotel also cleaned the room every day, even without me requesting it. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well (which is rare for me in hotels).

The breakfast offered good variety each day. The restaurant staff were friendly, especially the girl. Mr Osman and his colleagues at reception were also great. The hotel manager booked my airport taxi. He was careful and respectful.
